The highlight was definitely the Yakuza burger. I’d heard this was one of the best burgers in Portland and hot-damn if it isn’t. Every bite elicited an “ohmygod”. The house-made spicy ketchup blended with the arugula and contrasted with the goat cheese. And don’t even get me started on the shoestring potatoes on top. Good lord.

Drink

The creative drink menu is amazing! Yakuza uses a variety of unique fruits, veggies and herbs. (Try the Beet/vodka drink- it’s CRAZY good!)

Service

The server was super friendly, brought all of our dishes within a few minutes of ordering them, and kept coming back to check on us. We ordered 3 separate times and even after a table of 6 placed their orders ahead of us, things came quickly.
